Description

A soft, breathable handmade baby nest designed to create a calm and cosy space for your baby during rest, bonding time and everyday moments at home.

Made from a soft linen-viscose blend, this baby nest feels gentle on delicate newborn skin while allowing natural airflow. The cocoon-style design creates a snug, defined space many babies naturally settle into, helping them feel comfortable while resting close to you.

Many parents use a baby nest for daytime lounging, playtime, or supervised naps in the living area or nursery. Lightweight and easy to move between rooms, it allows your baby to relax nearby while still having their own cosy space.

The nest includes a firm foam mattress suitable from birth and a removable fitted sheet for easy washing. The mattress can be removed when cleaning the nest frame.

The nest can be loosened at the bottom to extend the inner space slightly.

Care Instructions

  • Fitted sheet: machine wash at 30°C using a mild detergent
  • Select a delicates cycle with low spin (maximum 800 RPM)
  • Nest frame: machine washable at a low temperature on a gentle cycle
  • After washing, reshape and allow to dry flat
  • Do not tumble dry
  • The mattress is not washable

We recommend using a waterproof mattress protector to help keep the mattress fresh.

Natural linen fibres may show light pilling with friction over time. This is cosmetic only and can be gently removed with a fabric shaver.

Important Safety Information

Baby nests are intended for supervised use. Always place the nest on a stable, flat surface and never lift or carry the nest with your baby inside.

Do not use the nest on raised or unprotected surfaces such as sofas or tables while your baby is inside.

For overnight sleep, we recommend following NHS safer sleep guidance and using a cot or Moses basket with a firm mattress.
