Beautifully soft, naturally breathable and made from 100% merino wool, this Lullalove baby blanket features a delicate openwork leaf weave with a cellular-style knitted structure. The intricate pattern creates small openings throughout the fabric, giving the blanket its distinctive leafy texture and airy feel.
Made in Poland from fine merino wool yarn, it offers natural warmth without feeling unnecessarily heavy. Measuring approximately 80 × 100 cm and available in a choice of lovely colours, it's a timeless addition to your baby's blanket collection.
A Beautifully Detailed Cellular-Style Leaf Weave
What makes this blanket particularly special is its knitted leaf pattern. The openwork design creates a series of delicate, leaf-shaped details, giving the blanket texture and character while allowing air to move through the fabric.
Unlike a traditional cellular blanket with a regular grid of small holes, this design uses a more decorative openwork pattern. It offers a similarly airy knitted feel, with the natural softness and warmth of merino wool.

Caring for Your Merino Wool Blanket
Merino wool doesn't require frequent washing. Thanks to its natural fibre properties, airing the blanket regularly is often enough to keep it fresh between washes.
- Hand wash or use a dedicated delicate wool programme.
- Use a detergent specifically formulated for wool.
- Use a maximum spin speed of 200 rpm, or avoid spinning altogether.
- Gently reshape the blanket while damp.
-
Dry flat, away from radiators and direct heat.
- Do not tumble dry.
Some natural pilling may occur with friction over time. This is normal for wool and can be carefully removed using a suitable wool comb or fabric shaver.
As a natural fibre, merino wool may have a characteristic wool scent, particularly when damp. Slight differences in colour appearance may also occur depending on the lighting and screen settings.
Baby Blanket Safety
Always follow current safer sleep guidance when using blankets with babies. For babies under 12 months, use a lightweight blanket firmly tucked in, no higher than shoulder level, with your baby's feet at the foot of the cot. Keep the head and face uncovered and avoid overheating.
Follow the manufacturer's instructions and ensure the blanket is appropriate for your baby's age and intended use.
